John Wolfenden is a UK Chartered Architect with forty years of experience covering the United Kingdom and the Middle East. He is currently Head of MOBH Properties Division, a part of the MOBH Holdings Group. John has worked on large scale, prestigious developments in the U.K, India, Sri Lanka, Oman, Dubai and Qatar.

John's expertise lies in the management of design work on large scale, mixed-use developments, high-rise structures and sophisticated hospitality projects including, for example, Dubai Festival City in Dubai. His broad experience covers hotels, hospitals, education, defence, banks, recreational facilities, business parks, industrial units, retail malls and residential.

John has held senior positions in international design consultancies and has taken full responsibility for the design of many quality projects undertaken under direction.

John has spent parts of his career as an on-site architect, working with main contractors and external project managers and has formed a deep understanding of how buildings actually get built. This has produced a practicality and effectiveness in his approach that is complemented by sound commercial principles that he brings to all of his projects. He possesses a mature understanding of the civil engineering and construction industry at both international and local level.

John has a proven ability in dealing with complex issues under pressure and an established reputation through working with top-quality clients. He is an advocate of sustainability and is keen to keep up with new technology. He has completed several projects using Building Information Modelling (BIM) as the delivery platform of choice.
