He completed his undergraduate education at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1995. Following the completion of his specialization, he has held senior executive positions in leading organizations in the healthcare sector for over 20 years. He served as the CEO at Medicana Healthcare Group for 8 years and at MedikalPark Healthcare Group for 4 years. He has actively participated in the opening, management, and international accreditation processes of more than 10 prominent private hospitals in the sector. Additionally, he has facilitated foreign partnerships for different hospital groups and held positions on the Executive Board and Board of Directors. He possesses extensive expertise in Health Tourism. He has provided consultancy services and led the establishment of numerous healthcare investments in the Middle East, Turkic Republics, and Africa. He is actively engaged in research and initiatives concerning his special interests, such as Artificial Intelligence, Clinical Simulation, and the application of Blockchain Technologies in the field of healthcare.

He is still the Exec. Board Member of Medicana Health Group, one of the largest hospital chains in the region.
